Warranty repairs are done by authorized vendors, and non-warranty work is outsourced to approved providers. Turnaround time averages 4-8 weeks based on parts availability.
Repairs Under Manufacturer Warranty: What If?
We send all warranty repairs to authorized vendors. Only the bill of sale is required. Most warranties are valid only for goods purchased in our country. For more details, check the warranty information with your equipment or visit the manufacturer's website.
Exclusions from the Manufacturer's warranty and our Extended Life Plan include:
- Shutter use beyond manufacturer's estimated shutter count estimation
- Lens calibration
- Sensor/Lens Cleaning
External damage voids the manufacturer warranty and our Extended Life Plan; we will not send damaged units for warranty repair. Note: cleaning is not covered by manufacturer warranty.
